Hey brothers, I am writing to you from the plane as I come back from seeing my family and close friends on the east coast (Boston area) for the first time in 2 years. I get back late tonight and tomorrow morning I will head 4 hours to Missoula for 3 nights of Ayahuasca and prayer to bring in the Summer Soulstice. I can already sense it may be a doozy. Let's fucking go! We talk a lot in here about utilizing the cycles of nature and the elements within our consciousness, right now we approach the time where the Sun and solar radiation is the highest of the year. the light is shining it's brightest and in symbolism that light is our awareness. I'm sure for many of you, things are coming up right now to be fully brought into that sunlight so you can be with it and observe it through the eyes of compassion and innerstanding. Definitely not the time to turn away, distract, or avoid it. Our bodies are also getting agitated from holding more of that light and the nervous system gets really activated. This isn't just some regular time or another cycle of a year with a solstice. This is one of the most wildly transformative times in human history never mind our small lifetimes. It is easy to miss that with all of the things we have going on in our daily lives individually. There is literally a transmutation going on within our cellular structure. The solar activity is affecting our dna that is dormant and things within us are becoming activated. The question is...will we give ourselves the proper space to receive that, to be with that, to work with it intentionally. I know for me many of my shadows have been highlighted and especially with seeing family and what that brought up. I have seen the scope of how much time I have truly wasted in distraction and hypnotized from the shimmer of technology and shiny objects. I've seen where my capacity to love has been humming on a low buzz compared to what I know it could be. Being the loving friend, brother, son who goes the extra steps, communicates, and shows up to offer that love I have in my heart for them. AND to bring that love to everything I am doing and any communities or people I serve.
