I Have a Mystery for You
Did you know there are mysteries in the Bible? The Mystery of the Harlot Babylon, The Mystery of Godliness, The Mystery of Faith, The Mystery of Lawlessness... there are many more. But i want to give you an opportunity to understand one of these... So Im going to ask you a Question, let me know if you're working on the answer or meditating on it. How was John the Baptist, baptized in the Holy Spirit from his mothers womb, if Jesus said to his disciples, John 16:7, "Nevertheless I tell you the truth: It is expedient for you that I go away. For if I do not go away, the Counselor will not come to you. But if I go, I will send Him to you." So if his disciples had to wait until Jesus resurrected to receive the Baptism of the Holy Ghost... why didnt John the Baptist have to wait? Next Question, but same answer: Why did Jesus do a miracle, turning the water into wine... if he just told his mother no and then said, its not yet my time.... Remember Jesus said, “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does." John 5:19-20... clearly he was not seeing the Father do it, if it was not yet His time. Why did Jesus heal the Centurion servant, delivered the Canaanite woman's daughter, healed the Samaritan leper when Jesus said, "But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel." Matthew 15:24 None of them were from Israel. Bonus... why was David able to make peace offerings and burnt offerings to God and Saul lost his Kingdom (it was later given to David) for offering unto God? "9 So Saul said, “Bring a burnt offering and peace offerings here to me.” And he offered the burnt offering. 10 Now it happened, as soon as he had finished presenting the burnt offering, that Samuel came; and Saul went out to meet him, that he might greet him. 11 And Samuel said, “What have you done?” 1 Samuel 13:9-11 If atleast 5 people attempt to answer then i'll tell you the answer... its really cool and so beautiful, but if not... i'll keep it a mystery 😅
