I use PropStream. Or if you don’t have PropStream just search in the county gis For your property it is Lawrence county https://lawrencein.wthgis.com/tgis/custom.aspx?DSID=3638&RequestType=PropertyRecordCard&FeatureID=18262 Then find your property and get in the property card. The assessed value for yours is 26k so you would have to get that thing for less than 5k
