Tomorrow will be Day 8 for us on this one. Ive had employment issues with guys showing up late or no showing, to my top guy getting food poisoning the day before the project and it lasting 4 days straight. Not only that issue but we had a huge freeze come through Texas and that shut shop for a while. Tomorrow we will close this one out, but 100% make sure you price projects out correctly. (Learned this the hard way.) Drop questions below, I have a lot of answers on how to do this type of project correctly. ( Because I learned the hard way)

Man I hate to hear that about the employees. Always hard to find guys with the same drive /commitment as you. But I will say, your work looks phenomenal 🔥🔥

Introduction
It’s a pleasure to meet you all. I’m a newcomer in the Epoxy World but not new to construction. I’ve previously ran an Asphalt Maintenance company & I’ve since dissolved that & am looking forward to going all in on the Epoxy game💯 I have experience obtaining multi state contracts, & using LinkedIn to acquire big deals. Looking to launch late spring, but in the meantime I’m looking forward to networking with you guys! Based in Memphis TN but will be relocating to either West Texas or Washington State in a few months - let’s get it🔥🔥

@Tony Bolin without a doubt. I’m not knocking it. I’m saying too many people work for Pennies trying to get the job and that misses the market up. I plan on doing one day installs but I’ll be standing firm on my price - if they don’t want it done there’s always a cheap guy and every now and then they’ll call the guy who stood firm on their price
