When sending in disputes for clients because obviously we don’t have time to call and update personal information for them. Sometimes clients don’t even do it when you tell them to when you sending the first round of disputes for the accounts can I also send in dispute letters to update personal information or should I send the personal information letters first? Is there a faster way to get the personal updated?

Is there another way to send certified mail rather than going to the post office? Can you do it online?
