All things have a spirit within that makes it to be, you understanding that you are everything and everything is you, you can become that which you wish to bring fourth, by imagining you are the energy of that. Imagine the energy of joy and bring it towards yourself.

Having thanks is acknowledging who you got it from and that you already have it, in spiritual terms, you understand that is something given from the One that gives to all and in that sense it allows you to be full of the One/Grateful-Greatful, in what is.

Bodies of light, as above so below helping you to understand that they're are already higher vehicles of transportation (from one place to another that already exists). We have this body to experience and do things physically, we have bodies to experience the unseen reality, and do things in that reality.

Allow your hunger to be the fire that makes you become the Deity you were meant to be, that rises above the beastly needs for sex and survival, into the Freedom of living in and OF Truth.

People that are rising in frequency can literally be known as "ghost-like" or unreachable because that are on a plane of frequency/sight, that is so fast that one would need to become like them to resonate with knowing their existence, Like attracts like. Their are beings that exist in the 4th dimension that are benevolent and some that are malevolent, the good thing is, the continuation of your meditations, visualizations, and studies of a higher nature (as well as fasting/not eating or drinking for a period of time) will help you to resonate with higher benevolent 4th dimensional beings in mentally directing your thought energy towards benign or benevolent thoughts that different degrees of the 4th dimension resonate with.
