Intro
Hi I am Devam and my height is 5'11 and I'm 17 with really short vertical height/jump. I have been playing volleyball since past one year and have been through different tournaments as well (i am setter). I have improved a lot in all of the skills except for increase in jump. Im looking forward to jump higher with this program.

Tips for setting
Hi, I am 5'11 and I'm playing as setter and would like any kind of tips and recommendations to improve my setting. Any kind of tips will work. Ps: It's almost a year since I have started playing.
