Is there an alternative for slinpills? Using mk677 and normally slinpills next to that for the insulin spikes. I can't find them here in the Philippines. Or do I worry too much about those insulin spikes from mk677?

It did get me thinking, are SARMs “interchangeable”? In a stack such as this, could AC-262 be substituted for RAD-140? Has anyone here tried it? New here 34yr old male. Recently i have been running mk677, 20mg rad 140 20mg and lgd4033 9mg 5 on 2 off . Outstanding gains in strength recovery and muscle mass with minimal side effects . Looking to come off in the comming week and let my body reset any recommendations of post cycle therapies ?

I’ve been using mk677 20mg daily for 2 weeks with cjc dac. I started getting a tight feeling in my heart especially when I lay down on my right side and hold my breath. Has anyone experienced this, or know of a solution? I haven’t heard of this side effect, so I’m not to sure how to proceed, so any advice/insight is greatly appreciated.
