Take a moment throughout the day to try the following sequence. 5 deep breaths – Inhale slowly through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and exhale through your mouth. 5-minute break – Step away from work, stretch, take a short walk, or listen to your favorite song. 5 words of affirmation – Tell yourself something positive.
