I’m a little delayed in my response to this thread, but here we are! I’m learning to really sit with and chew on God’s Word in this season lately in the beatitudes, and I’m excited to grow more in love with Jesus as we pursue Him together. Being in Alaska this past season has taught me more than ever the importance of constant communion with Him and deep connections with others who also burn for Him. Thank you for including me!

Missed this one but what stood out to me was God’s intricate, intentional and beautifully connected plan from the beginning really until now. Seeing the prophecies fulfilled in Matthew 2:15 blew my mind! All the way back in Exodus 4:22 when God was speaking to Moses, Hosea 11:1 and through Balaam in Numbers 24:8. All of these pointing to Jesus! So wild and beautiful to see the connection and humbling in my life to trust Him when things in the moment don’t make sense. Thank you for starting this reading together!

This all resonated with my heart ❤️‍🔥 I love how you connected David’s tabernacle, which was very radical for his time, to living a life dependent on the Holy Spirit’s leading. I feel like He doesn’t typically like doing things the same way twice! It’s scary at times letting go of control in life to follow His lead, but it truly is how God’s created us and the only way we will have true peace. He is teaching me this lately in worship and also my daily decisions in learning to pray about anything I want to worry or become fearful about.
