Hey Aidan Another question that popped into my mind Do we need to β feel β when we affirm/ persist Example: We are in loving relationship, he loves me We are back together I feel neutral .. no happiness or sadness
If I know I have my SP and know it is done (inner assumption/ knowing its done already) Would I have to continue persisting/ affirming that it is done ? Or is it just when a doubt or intrusive thought pops in I tell myself I have?
