Get Claude Cowork to do the heavy lifting
my mind was blown away today, again. about what Cowork can do for you. i started with a Heath Tracker/Food diary update - cause i got tired of logging my food and drinks. my coach asked me to send photos of food and drink to him. but it felt awkward so, when i woke up this morning, i thought - what if: - i send those pictures to myself in WhatsApp (you can do that) - and ask Cowork to fill in my Health tracker/Food journal it worked. so now, i send pictures of what i eat and drink to myself in WhatsApp and at the end of the day Claude Cowork completes my daily journal. there are few things to take into account.. - if you want exact amount, measure and add them as description to pictures - give instructions to what time to log it - few more instructions on how to treat the same items - and maybe few more IMPORTANT: create a skill that will capture all the little details you want Claude to take into account. ps i actually just used the same concept for my Skool tracker and now it will be completed automatically. and more than that, it will send me a report every morning on yesterday's results 🤩🤯 more on this tomorrow pss can you guess, who is typing to send me the message? tip = not me ⬇️

New Way to use Claude Cowork?
came across this article. in short, - stop using Cowork folders, project files (you are limiting Claude's creativity) - focus on building Skills library - you tone of voice, rules, etc. - if you do this, no need to create long prompts - always ask Claude to ask you questions first the last one, i actually do every time. i finish every prompt with "ask me for any info you need" what about you?

Good post and he makes some good points. I wouldn't remove projects completely, but, for skills that can be used across different projects, creating a skill makes sense. No need to keep duplicating.
Adding New Feature to Notion w/Cowork & Chrome Extension
shout-out to @Ana Una for mentioning Claude for Chrome extension to me the other day. TASK: i wanted to add new status to Master Tasks db - "skipped". but i was worried how it could impact my automations (buttons and automations). SOLUTION: ask Cowork to audit it first (that required Chrome extention), and if okay - implement the change. that worked perfectly! APPLICATION: next time i need to implement the change, i will ask Cowork to assess automations, views, filters... for the impact and suggest the course of action. then, ask Cowork to execute. benefit: saves time, make sure nothing breaks - data integrity, system integrity. p.s. i am thinking of starting a YT channel with these "tips of the day" for Notion x Claude users

@Lidia Axe 🥵 Only joking, of course, ask away.
Today or never... the day has come!
since i started my third community (this one), and with all personal crap going on, i CONSISTENTLY feel like i am falling behind. anyone else feels the same? raise your hand and share your biggest systems/processes pain point ⬇️ honestly, you do not even need 3 communities to feel that. even one is more than enough. cause there is life/family, there is job, and there is this: - you run around like hamster in a wheel trying to handle traffic, engagement and monetization - you tend to do easy tasks , familiar tasks - but not the strategic or boring or scary ones - you easily get distracted, by shiny new communities, new tactics, new videos... and the list goes on and on. days, weeks, months go by and still stuck with - <100 members, no traffic - low engagement, unhappy members - no/low monetization, no money in the bank and lots of guilt and disappointment. i have been through this cycle not once with my online businesses. so, i know i don't want that. and for this evolution of my business, i am not letting it happen again. ➡️ enough pep talk, it's action time i am finally dedicating today - this Friday - to setting up Claude Cowork, so i can connect it with my Notion, in order to: - work on my strategy first: the business evolved, so the business model needs an upgrade and it will take me forever to do it manually; that's where AI would be most helpful and then - help me choose and execute the important tasks - help me track commitments to other ppl and execute them on time - help me design and implement better business processes: onboarding, tracking, CRM, project and task planning and review. i pretty much starting from zero with Cowork. i tried it before, but without a proper set-up/systematic approach. so, it did not really worked. i believe it will be useful to document my steps, so you can follow them. not theoretical things, actual steps to set it up and start using it right away. i also selfishly using this as an accountability thread.
