Happy 4th of July to all of our U.S. members! 🇺🇸 Today marks 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence, a reminder of freedom, courage, and the opportunity to keep building better lives for ourselves and our families. As we celebrate today, let’s also remember that taking care of our health is one of the ways we honor the life we’ve been given. Have you heard of the EWG — Environmental Working Group? Each year, they release a helpful guide called the Clean 15 and Dirty Dozen, which highlights produce with the lowest and highest pesticide residue. The Clean 15 can be especially helpful when you’re trying to eat more fruits and vegetables without feeling overwhelmed by the cost of buying everything organic. You can visit their site at www.ewg.org to learn more. Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing 3 benefits of different fruits and vegetables, especially those known for having lower pesticide residue.
