Tax default, inherited,vacant, high equity, tired land lord. A good thing about batch leads is when you pull your data it comes already skip traced.

I love Propstream and at one time I had both. I was cutting back on subscriptions and had to make a decision as to which one I was going to let go. I let go of propstream because at the time I needed a place to house a d manage all my data and I couldn’t do that with Propstream and I could with batch. I love propstream for the different list you can pull but batch was more needful for me

Hey everyone, I’m from Tulsa,Oklahoma 2019 a coworker gave me a piece of paper with two names on it , one of the names was Max Maxwell. He told me to look him up on YouTube. I watched Max videos and immediately started to take action. d4$ and cold calling with google voice. After about 4 months i got paid on my first deal $16,500. @Jabril Muhammad I got my first deal driving for dollars. And yes an independent wholesaler can break through in this market. Get rid of all limiting beliefs and take massive action and a deal will come. Good luck, if I can help in anyway let me know.
