1. Not too sure. I've been more open to new and whatever seems exciting in the moment. So if that counts as improvement I did that. 2. I did that by not judging myself for wanting rest, for needing rest; for wanting companionship and fun, rather than convincing myself that I need to work work work because of the crappy situation I am currently in. I let go and have been allowing myself to not feel the need to figure everything out, and let the universe carry the weight that I can't control. 3. I still feel like I could have been better about my sleep though. Although I'm working really hard behind the scenes to build this group, I can't use that as an excuse to ignore my physical health, so this week I'm prioritizing rest a bit more. 4. One win for me is the amount of meaningful connections I've built this week. I came across some old friend this past weekend, I have opportunity on the horizon for me... and yeah, won't complain. One nice thing I could do for myself, (which can be seen as silly and childish BUT that's the point!) is walking down the road from my house and getting myself from frozen yogurt. Why? Because that would bring me joy; more so my inner child joy. I might meet someone there that'll help me get my vehicle back? Who knows. Believe in the magic of the universe like you did when you were young, and watch how beautiful and synchronistic your life becomes.
