A few months ago, in the middle of doing some very deep shadow work, I had a dream. (Who, me, a dream? Shocker.) And the message was basically: Lighten up. 😂 At first I was puzzled. Then I realized the dream was pointing to something I hadn't fully understood about shadow work. Because 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒇 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒊𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝒊𝒔𝒏'𝒕 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒔𝒆𝒆𝒌𝒆𝒓𝒔? What if it's about becoming more available for 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆? 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒇 𝒊𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒅 𝒋𝒐𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒔𝒉𝒖𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒕 𝒅𝒐𝒘𝒏? That question has been rattling around in me ever since. And apparently, my response to a profound spiritual realization is to throw a party. 😂 So... I am. 🥳 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆: 𝐌𝐀𝐘 𝐂𝐀𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 is happening Thursday, October 15!
