Would braces/rubberbands pull my maxilla forward?
I have an underbite, with very slight maxilla recession, but recessed infras. Ortho said I do not need marpe/rpe and will be getting rubber bands instead. Would rubber bands pull forward my maxilla? would it pull forward maxilla and retract mandible? pull forward maxilla and keep mandible? not sure

@A U Im still in puberty, personally I think they're not money hungry because I feel rpe is unnecessary since my maxilla is not that recessed.

Hello moggers, From which angle should I bonesmash my gonians to increase jaw width, like this gentleman in the first picture has done? I have tried smashing it from the bottom but I was never able to get a pump, and I fear it will just make my ramus taller if I smash from that point. So which angle should I smash from, and how do I do it to get a pump?
