What is y’all’s best strategy to building a cash buyers list?

I found a helpful feature with Propwire ( although I DO NOT recommend using it for anything else because it's very inaccurate and @Zach Ginn if you want to take this post down then please do ) but if you put a property address in and go to the owners tab, you can see how many properties are in that person's portfolio. If that person has a bunch of properties, then he/she is probably a buyer, and you can skiptrace them and call them up. Hope that helps!
