Has anyone experienced tightness/discomfort in your neck soon after doing rollover v-splits? Not exactly sure how I did it but I started noticing my neck was sore when I finished my reps yesterday morning. May have to figure out how to safely modify them if this persists.
Typically something like this started before the incident. What does you posture look like on an average day / week. Is you job mobile, do you sit at a desk? Do you stand for long periods and look down?
