WorkShop 7-9-26.. Let's GOO!!!!
hey all! I am super excited to give this workshop... UGC literally changed not only my life but my families lives.... I found it be accident and never thought I would make videos for a living much less become one of the most booked UGC creators in the country or the world... so its all been a fuzzy haze the past few years.... What I DO KNOW is that just about anyone can get good enough at this and have certain business practices that will help them get more bookings and more $$$$. Sign up and TUNE IN if you'd like to hear my take on things which I will be VERY UPFRONT ABOUT THIS.. are sometimes 180 degrees from what other creators will tell you and I think that perspective is important. Skool has a limit for how many live attendees can come + everyone will be getting 1:1 support from me, so comment "CLASS" and I'll RSVP your spot. add the date to your calendar here: https://www.skool.com/ugc-world/calendar

#1 most important lesson as a creator
Number one lesson from being a creator? It’s called “U” GC. Key word: “YOU” In this industry, you’ll see this a lot: 1. Whats the best niche or brands i should work with? Which one pays the best? 2. Which content is the highest paying? 3. Which content formats are trending right now? I think copying and learning from others is great in the beginning, but there hits a point where it becomes self damaging. To you and yourbrand The ones i see who make it long term, they treat their work like play. they have their own style, they have their own flow and taste. Their not just copying, they’re actually creating “What content should I create” The content you enjoy wishing, the one you wish other creators produced. By living authentically this way, using ugc as a vehicle of self expression, you'll have the most fun, make te most money, attract your favorite dream brands, and you’ll stay in the game the longest (out of passion & love, not for vanity sake, chasing a random number).

Hey Christos...let's talk over the phone...too. So much info to write. DM me your phone number, and I'll reach out.
SHOT LIST PLANNING!
Everyone, you NEED to be using AI (ChatGPT) to plan your b-roll shot list. Paste the shot list (from the brief) into ChatGPT. Ask it to organize the shot list by LOCATION (bedroom, office, kitchen, etc). Ask to provide shot list only with what needs to be filmed (i.e. laptop opened to this page), and provide "film from" suggestions. (make sure you tell ChatGPT that is for UGC) It will look something like this: OFFICE: - 2. Over-the-shoulder laptop tabs (film from behind the parent’s shoulder) Tabs visible: “LBS Masters”, “HEC Application Portal”, “INSEAD Deadlines”, “LSE Requirements” - 6. Reading essay/document, confused expression (film from slight side angle). Visible: application essay or written document on laptop or paper You will cut your shoot time by 1/2!! No more running from office to kitchen to bedroom for each shot. Finish each location before moving to the next!!

Great advice. Thanks!
a brand ghosting you after delivery is data, not rejection
when a brand goes quiet after you deliver, your brain writes a story. They hated it. The content missed. You're not good enough. They found someone better. Here's what's more likely: the person you submitted to is managing twelve other projects and your video is in a folder waiting for their Monday review. One follow-up email. Five days after delivery. Something simple: "just wanted to check in and make sure everything landed well on your end. Happy to make any tweaks." That email has closed more repeat work for me than any pitch I've ever sent. The brands that don't respond after one follow-up are telling you something useful: they're not the right long-term partners. They are not the brands that become retainers. They are not the brands you build six-month relationships with. Move to the next one. The silence is a filter, not a verdict. Know ur self worth.
