I was always into sneakers a lot, especially during my early teenage years. I was a kid living in an era where you could wear Kobe's, lebron's, kd's in regular clothes. I want to say late 2012 I notice the wave for Jordans came back like a heat flash, unfortunately I or my mom had enough funds to buy the sneakers I really wanted. late 2013, my oldest brother is back home from jail he gave me $300 to get somethings for me for school; it was my freshman year. I stop by this resell store in West Philly and saw that they had the Laney 5s, I couldn't believe it they sold out real fast in Philly and I really wanted them so I bought them for $250- they wanted $300- and I never looked back. I know I was crazy for that but that moment started something special. I walked in my high school fresh as hell with my first ever retros and just had a crazed of wanting more. But I had to wait for about a year to actually stack up and make my own money. When I finally got a job and didn't have to hustle for chump change no more, I bought the master 12s and that's when I knew I was way up and my life has changed for the good. Speaking of the master 12s they need to bring them back immediately especially with better quality leather. lol How did you guys start becoming a sneaker head?
