I want to highlight something important from the past couple of weeks — not because it’s flashy, but because it’s real. Ruben shared this progression: - 372 → 365 → 355 John shared this: “I already went down a loop on my belt. I thought I had too much stuff in my pockets.” Here’s why this matters 👇 Neither of these guys: - Did extreme workouts - Followed restrictive diets - Tried to be perfect They followed the process: - Simplified nutrition - Structured training - Measured the right things - Stayed consistent This is exactly how the Dad Bod Shred is designed to work. Not overnight. Not chaotic. But predictable and repeatable. If you’re not seeing dramatic changes yet — that’s okay. Momentum shows up before big visual change. Stay the course.
