Today I'm grateful for the challenges that have presented themselves to me this week that are allowing me to grow and access deeper parts of myself. I know that every experience of lack is a window into seeing my own soul deeper, and every experience has the seeds of growth. I wish this for you as well. Contemplation, no shame 💓

This morning I am grateful. Grateful for the sunshine. The Sun is an example of an infinite light. The infinite light of the universe. For our lifetimes, the Sun will continue to shine for us. It asks for nothing in return, it simply gives us this abundant light that brings energy to our earth. We receive this light with no need to earn it, or to work for it. This light is a reminder to us that there is infinite energy always available to us. In the world we are subject to thinking we need to be transactional about our energy. That if I give energy, then I have less, and then someone owes me. While we have the opportunity to learn how to care for our own energy, and love ourselves, we can always remember that we are connected to an infinite good source of energy, the eternal source of energy that is in every atom, cell, body, and mind. It is only the denial of this infinite source that separates us from receiving. And so I give you the reminder to give. Give to others unconditionally, with no expectation of anything in return. Because you know that in every moment you are connected to an infinite source. As soon as you give, the infinite source fills you up even more, growing your capacity to receive. We can allow the unconditional receipt of this good energy to fill us up, moving into the world with a cup already full. And we know that when we give to others truly, unconditionally, it is an opportunity for us to relax and remember the receipt of all good energy. Thank you for this day and your attention.
