A New-Year Reframe (Not a Resolution) As we move toward a new year, I want to offer this not as a resolution—but as a moment of focused awareness. One that has been turning a light on inside me, too. I’ve been sitting with this teaching lately: consciousness creates. Not just money. Not just health. But the way we relate to ourselves in every area of life. This isn’t something I’ve “mastered and moved past.” It’s something I’ve been meeting more honestly—seeing where I still undervalue myself, and where old patterns quietly linger. Not because I’m failing, but because they were learned a long time ago. And awareness changes everything. When we begin to recognize the value stored in our skills, our knowledge, our lived experience—and let that value actually land in our consciousness—something shifts. Not through force or hustle, but through alignment. Our struggles don’t define us.They point to where growth is asking to occur. Each of us carries real resources within us: earned awareness, resilience, insight. When we start relating to ourselves from that place, creation becomes lighter. More grounded. More sustainable. As we approach this new cycle—and as new energy moves in—I feel an invitation: Not to be better, but to be more present. Not to outrun the past, but to reclaim ourselves from it. So as we step into 2026, the question isn’t what do you want? It’s what are you choosing to create with your consciousness? If this reflection turns a light on inside you too, then we’re doing this together. For me. For you. For all of us. 🤍
