Recently built a system called EstateFlow AI focused on automating operational workflows for real estate businesses. The main problem I noticed: Most agencies still manage: - leads - follow-ups - site visits - tenant communication - maintenance workflows through scattered tools and manual processes. That usually creates: - slow response times - missed follow-ups - poor lead tracking - operational chaos as the business scales So I built a centralized AI-powered workflow system to handle the operations side.
