How to word a cold email
I'm looking for help in wording a cold email outreach campaign. It'll be targeting coaches and positioning myself as 'I find your pain points and help solve them with AI'. Currently my workflow scans websites and pulls elements from each so every email is slightly different and tailored to the individual. What would need to be included in an email like this to make you stop and actually want to know more?

I'm a web designer, and in my cold outreach is set up in N8n. This is what I did: I use Google speed test, and I test the website, and then automatically I sort the leads into four categories: - (D) those who really need a new website up to - (A) those whose SEO and page speed and so on are fine Each group gets a different email: - to the ones who have a good site, I just say, "Hey, congrats, your site is looking good. These are your stats, and if you still want some tips about SEO or whatever, just let me know." - to those whose websites are not good, it sends, "Hey, your website stats are not that great. I can advise you how to improve that yourself, or I can just do it for you."

AI Monthly Spend
Does anyone mind sharing how much they actually spend on AI each month out of their own pocket? I see all these videos of content creators doing awesome stuff, but none of them ever share how much they actually spend per month. @Nate Herk Would you consider doing a video on this? I feel like there should be way more transparency around this. I'm rocking the $20 plan for both Claude and Codex, with occasional extra usage. I'm out of pocket around $50-60 across both platforms. How does this compare to others?
