@Bayo A I actually signed up for 2 classes. I agree that Coach Glo is very patient, however, the class was large, it’s held in a “small” studio, and one of the beginners class was teaching “bubbles.” Considering, I’m still practicing how to stand correctly and move without falling, this was a pretty advanced move.
