@Julia Weishaar thank you dear Julia! Same here 💚
✨ Action Step: Pick one task you do often (ex: sending an invoice, making a post, packaging an order). Write out the steps in simple order. Post it in the Community — even messy notes count!
Posting on Instagram: I use my posting schedule that me and My Guy made up and I open Business Suite and make my posts based on that schedule. Right now, I'm learning a rhythm and it's been daily that I'm doing this while I gather content and build my content library. I have a spot marked on my calendar to two this every Sunday evening from 4-6.

✨ Action Step: Write down how many clients, projects, or orders you can realistically handle this month. Post your number in the Community so we can cheer you on and hold you accountable!
I treat my tasks/Work/Projects like classes in school... something like that. When I went to college, I had 21 hours and a 7 year old, a husband, I wasn't a softball coach, I did scrapbooking, I had friends over for dinners and things like that, and I sewed, and a loved to talk on the phone and sit outside smoking cigarettes. When I replaced one task for another, my time was freed up and I was able to do something different. Fast forward to current day, I work about 15 hours a week and the rest of my time I can spend on building myself up and my clients. I have TONS of time to be productive and have positive growth as long as I'm applying myself. How am I optimizing my time and energy to acheive my goals? I feel like that while I have this time to progress in my goals, I can focus on what's important to me in my private life and what I want it to look like as well as my professional life. Having me time and being clear with myself what I'm willing to sacrifice can help me feel better about the decisions I'm making currently. My answer is undeterminable based on how in depth my client wants me to be in their project. How involved are we? Let's get to the root of the problems holding you back from reaching your goals!

Completing my course with you.
As I'm building this course, I too will follow it and participate in the action steps recommended by me and post my answers in the community. I have build several businesses out of hobbies. Some have made it further than others. after getting to a certain point, I realized that those things were hobbies. I never wanted to take the next steps and learn the next thing I needed to learn. I also wasn't in the mindset of wanting to take it to the next level because of things I didn't care to do to get there. Does that mean I failed? NOPE! It's ok to fizzle out on something. Also having the right people around you to see that vision to the end. How do you get those people? What are you doing to build value in your business? Do you have anent plan if you decide or will it be a total loss and chalk it up to experience? Lots of questions to be answered in such a big decision. Who is your accountability partner? I'm here to be yours. and you can be mine. Let's follow each other in building the most solid foundation in this easy to follow lesson plan. Lots of thoughts on this topic and learning what works for you by determining what you want because you learned what you don't want.

🌟 What’s One Thing You Want More Clarity On?
Clarity is the first step to building a business that feels steady, supported, and sustainable. 👉 Drop one area where you’d love more clarity right now (ex: systems, pricing, clients, marketing). I just uploaded fresh lessons in the Business Mommy Foundations course that break this down step-by-step — so if you haven’t peeked inside yet, go check it out. 💖 We’ll cheer you on and keep it simple — one nugget at a time.

I find myself thinking about clients. Someone wrote a post about "people are here trying to make money off of people trying to make money". Ok, that does sound crazy if you only look at that surface level. More importantly, my first thought was, my experience has value. Putting the experience in to perspective is me saying, "When I was in X situation and X was the problem, THIS is how I solved it". Easy right? Finding clarity in directing your assistance across the board to end up reeling in which client? I have a lot of skills to offer and I've trained so many different types of personalities to do so many different types of jobs. Add in the experience I got from having A LOT of hands on training when I was a kid. My parents were not against childhood labor. Hard, manual labor. The clarity the I have understood through typing out this answer to the question is that I have limited myself to only holding value in an actual action of work instead of information and knowledge of experiences in order to place a value to my brand.
