Hey soulful women πŸ„ I've been dreaming up some magic for this community and I want YOU to help me shape it. I'm creating a space for us to gather regularly β€” movement, breathwork, open circle, real conversations, and I want it to work for your life. I am nee to this platform and groups like this but connection is so important and I am willing to try. Working through ptsd and I am a survivor just trying to maintain some light in this dark time

Right now working hard on adding more activity and trying to be more gentle on myself not loving this older woman body lots of bad body image baggage
