Substance Use and Escapism: - How often do I turn to alcohol, drugs, social media, TV, or work to escape my reality, numb my emotions, or deal with stress? - What are the underlying emotions or thoughts that drive me to seek these forms of escapism? - How does my use of these substances or activities impact my overall well-being and relationships?

It’s been a while since I did an exercise like this and I found it very useful, thank you @Melissa Minnich I can see that I have put a high priority on my purpose/fulfilment, spiritual connection, mental and emotional which all rate fairly high whilst not putting enough effort into my physical body (exercise) and some of my relationships (spending more quality time with those I love). So, the cogs in my wheel are a bit lopsided! Escapism/numbing for me is chocolate when I’m unspent, stressed, etc. Lots to think about to rebalance but I’m witnessing rather than beating myself up about it which is a big win in itself!
