Hello Everyone I listened to this teaching & Dr. Phillips really zoned in on how we are not trauma. We have to confront trauma so we can go through the healing process (being reshaped into who we were originally called to be). Also trauma heals in quiet so we have to find that quiet place to allow healing to take place. My favorite healing place is around water preferably the ocean. Oh yeah she also mentioned how once we are healed, we should be able to tell our story well with forgiveness, love & honor. A lot of awesome nuggets to help deal with trauma & heal & walk in freedom 🙌🏾
