Momentum is a powerful thing. đI'VE HIT 200! đ
Iâm thrilled to share that my YouTube channel, NourishFitMove, crossed the 200-subscriber milestone yesterday! The most exciting part? Over 40% of that growth happened in the last 28 days alone. I'm in the first cohort of a course run by 2 very successful YouTubers and I'm not just learning loads, I'm having a blast. It's a small community and really supportive. Building a community centered around health and sustainable movement is a marathon, not a sprint, but seeing this kind of "acceleration phase" confirms one thing: People are looking for authentic, actionable wellness content now more than ever. I will be bringing in more ladies to this community over the next few weeks/months. But as you're my first cohort, you can really shape this community, so it's in your hands if you want? I had 2 votes on my recent poll, thank you Amanda and Yvonne, and they both requested bone health support. Now that's right up my street as I was diagnosed with osteopenia a number of years ago. I'm creating 2 videos on Monday - 1 will be educational and will discuss the 3 exercises that scienceâand my own resultsâprove can build bone density at home. I'll also produce a workout around these 3 exercises too. I've also been doing a lot of research into the area since my REMS scan and I'm following Dr Nick Birch. I met him at my scan in Hereford. He is a former spinal surgeon. He is the driving force behind REMS scans. Incidentally, you can get a REMS scan in Australia and the USA but at present, the UK has the most testing centres, I believe. Ok, please comment 'bone health' below if you'd like more information on bone health before I put it live on YouTube. Or comment with any other ideas for this community. Have a great weekend đ
