Hi, my name is Denise, and I’m incredibly thankful to @Carlos Faught for introducing me to the Expert Coach Certification. I didn’t know this community even existed, and without his referral, I wouldn’t be here. I believe that everything happens for a reason, especially the hard things. I’ve learned to say "thank you" in the middle of pain, even when I don't understand it in the moment. The reason always becomes clear with time. So I want to share a piece of my story with you. Back in 1998 and 1999, I was in an abusive relationship. If I had stayed, I truly believe I wouldn’t be here today. I made the decision to run. I left New Jersey, walked away from my six-figure job in New York, and moved to Florida to start over. Then came September 11, 2001. I used to commute from New Jersey to the World Trade Center every single day. I took the PATH train each morning to get to work. If I had not left when I did, I would have been there that day. I believe God knew I wouldn't leave on my own, so that painful relationship became the push I needed to escape something even more dangerous. I know I have a purpose, and that purpose is to help others. I believe this training will help me fulfill that purpose. I’m excited to grow here and grateful to be part of this journey with all of you.

There are few communities available for coaches and consultants That provides real value and most are just spam communities. . . Day in and day out my ads get bombarded with negative comments about coaching I get tired of people commenting negative things. how all coaches just want to make money etc Coaching is a scam etc Making money is not why I decided to become a coach. There is nothing wrong with making money from coaching However, if it is the most important factor to you as a coach You are most likely going to fail. . . Money is a by-product of being an amazing coach. Money is a by-product of being able to create amazing transformations with clients The truth is most coaches/consultants are just not that good at the skill of coaching

Just sharing a bit of my journey: Born and raised in beautiful Mexico. Transformed my life from a scarcity mindset and limiting childhood beliefs to living in abundance and enjoying career success, however, not so blessed in the relationships department…until 2020, when a few weeks ahead of COVID, I met my now husband in Mexico City (he’s from the U.S.), got engaged 10 months into our relationship, moved in together in sunny San Diego, CA, and had two baby girls in three years. I’m living my dream family life! Unfortunately (and not) I was laid off from a 13 year long corporate position which was destroying my soul. I am now navigating uncertainty and the blessing of time to explore my true calling (while looking for opportunities bc bills and girl outfits, lol). I’ve done informal coaching and my friends say I’m good at changing people’s perspectives and inspiring change/ action, so, I’ll choose to believe them and keep building on my dream career and purpose- helping other humans live happier lives.
