Class 1 Homework: Before starting the meditation, I was feeling emotional and weighted down. I was hard to collect myself. After the second meditation, I could literally feel a washing away of excess energy starting from my feet and moving upwards. The whole experience was truly Amazing!!! I needed that shift. Many gems were dropped in this class. My biggest takeaway is “When you lose touch with your own energy, you lose your personal power.”🤯

Hello everyone, I am Denise. I’ve been incorporating sound and energy healing since I started my own healing journey in 2019. I found one of Kalee’s YouTube videos and when the first bowl was played, it felt like answered prayer in my body. Thank you Kalee.
