Hard to get started if the videos are blocked though...

@Jesse Davis Figured it out - turns out the Bitdefender Anti-Tracker Chrome extension was blocking the videos. It's hyper-sensitive to all the cookies, in particular with videos hosted on Vimeo. I'll just temporarily disable it while I'm on this site. Cheers!
