Grand Rising Everyone, Omoya here. I am a venturing soul that was born in Jamaica and would love to be there right now because this cold is for the the polar bears. I am currently unemployed. My goal for 2025 is stop asking “how will I pay for that?” My biggest challenge is FEAR. I FEAR doubting myself into comfortability. @Antoinette Apolon I found you on youtube and now I am hook on learning more about tax lien and tax deed investing. My partner took my to an event about and I was lost. I was finally able to understand it after watching your videos. I think you do a very good job at explaining what tax liens and tax deeds are and other terms related to them.

Hi Omoya! Im glad you decided to join the community. I completely agree that this cold weather needs to leave and the warm weather needs to come on in lol. I think your goal for 2025 is a good one. What would you say is the biggest thing that you fear the most about this new journey?

Hey everyone, my name is Deneisha and I am from Missouri. What inspired me to join this community and be a part of Red Lotus Prep was seeing all the amazing gems and information @Antoinette Apolon was dropping on Tik Tok. A goal that I look forward to achieving is locking down my first purchase and sale.

@Omoya Croll Initially I was interested in Liens due to my state being a lien state ( Missouri) so I was so focused on what I can purchase in solely Missouri. Lately I’ve been learning I can purchase property or land in other states I just have to make sure I properly do my due diligence. So now I’m interested in both!
