I’ve been wholesaling homes since 2019 and I’d like to transition into land. Has anyone had success with land? If so, what are the top 3-5 pointers you’d share about the process and finding the best locations?

Hey everyone, need some help with comping land. I have a HOT lead but I am not exactly sure how to comp. I use prop stream when comping but there is not land as big as this one in here for me to use? Any help would be appreciated!
