So for years everyone has been telling me facebook is dead for social, but the past month I've been posting content over there and it has resulted in almost 2 million views... This is just the start. The lesson, with good well thought out content you can grow ANYWHERE!!!

Every time you record a video, record 2 instead. That way if you're not feeling it one day you'll have a back log in the drafts.

I find that if you can get a post out before 9am local time, it will happen. If you push it off, it won't get done. Put time on your calendar to do this everyday.
