Hi Everyone, I’m MRC and I just partnered with someone new to real estate who has our first deal. I’m super uncomfortable because I don’t want to make a bad investment. I want to learn all that goes into fix/filp and buy/hold as he wants to do coliving. I want to learn to support him as an underwriter, but need help. He’s already signed the assignment and I think the margins a too thin so if anyone can help with this would be amazing. For me I like the safety of the transactional funding side of things as I believe this can help many wholesalers and investors. I enjoy helping and connecting others to resources. Would like to be able to connect in the community and learn and grow with others.
