For those who are going to Wayne County PA auction on Nov 21st, just wanted to pass on that so many buyers who have responded to my advertisements do NOT want to build and live in a traditional home. They are asking for: 1) Lots that allow RVs to be placed on the lot 2) Lots that allow campers to be placed on the lot 3) lots that allow Tiny Homes to be placed on the lot If you find the communities and subdivisions on that Wayne County properties list that allow these types of homes, you will have A LOT of interest! Just passing it along as I have had to turn down so many leads because the community where I purchased only allows modular/pre-fabricated homes as the alternative to traditional stick-built.
