WHO’S READY TO PUT IN THE WORK? Here’s a simple DM strategy you can start using TODAY to build relationships, generate leads, and book more sales calls! STEP 1: SEND THIS SIMPLE MESSAGE Hey {FirstName}! Thanks for being my {friend, connection, etc.}! Insert your power statement (10 words or less). How about you? What do you do? HERE’S AN EXAMPLE: Hey James! Thanks for being my friend! I help authors get more visibility on podcasts and stages! How about you? What do you do? See how simple that is? You’re not selling. You’re starting a conversation! STEP 2: KNOW YOUR DAILY NUMBERS Your goal is to send 30 NEW DMs every single day, with a target of generating at least 5 new leads. Let’s do the math! - 30 DMs per day - 900 DMs per month - 5 new leads per day - 150 potential leads per month Now, understand something. You’re going to get left on READ way more than you’re going to get responses. THAT’S OKAY! Stop taking it personally. Everybody isn’t your customer, and everybody isn’t ready when you reach out. The goal is to identify the people who ARE interested and move them through your sales process. STEP 3: TURN CONVERSATIONS INTO OPPORTUNITIES Once you’ve identified your leads, your goal is to get them into your ecosystem. That means: - Inviting them to your weekly webinars - Getting them on your email list and nurturing them DAILY - Following up consistently - Inviting qualified prospects to book sales calls - Staying visible through weekly live broadcasts - Getting on other people’s platforms (OPPs) - Building relationships that can turn into revenue Remember, people often need multiple interactions before they’re ready to buy. Aim for at least 7 meaningful touches! This is exactly why weekly webinars, consistent emails, live broadcasts, and OPPs are so powerful. They allow you to stay in front of your audience without having to start from scratch every time. STEP 4: BOOK YOUR SALES CALLS Your weekly goal should be 4–6 qualified sales calls.
