A little hack I discovered to be a LOT more productive
My hack for all-day energy? I work in BLOCKS. I work for 35 minutes, then break for 5 minutes. During breaks, I meditate, do yoga, anything to restore. I track how many "blocks" I complete each day. I take notes on energy levels, focus, flow state, etc. All this lives on a spreadsheet. All I care about is adding more blocks, of higher quality. I don't even look at the clock.
