Focus on: - Raw dairy (if tolerated) - Grass-fed beef (raw or lightly cooked) - Raw egg yolks - Fruit (especially seasonal) - Honey (real, unfiltered) Avoid: - Seed oils - Refined carbs - Processed garbage Get sunlight.
