how we will access training videos and webinars videos?
Dashboard visibility
There is Fresh sangamcrm instance, 2 users are there one is Admin other is User-A, no Team creation so far Entered one Lead by Admin and assigned to User-A, Team - "All" (as default) While on Admin Dashboard Lead count shows 0, In User-A Dashboard Lead count is 1 as it is assigned to him, shouldn't the Admin also see Lead count as 1 as he is being Admin? what is missing?
Create activity or ticket
In opportunity lets say there is Demo required to be given to customer and this Demo is managed by other user so in this case shall we create Activity or Ticket for this user, assume this can be achieved in both ways but which is more preferred approach Thank you

Separate List view fields/format based on User, Team
Dear Team 1 Can we have separate List view fields/format based on User, Team? example - For CEO I want to show 12 fields, for Sales Team I want to show 8 fields, fields, order can also be different, if yes, how? 2 In Lead, Opportunity List page, can we have inline field Edit? lets say I want users to quickly add/edit Followup details in list view itself rather than going into Edit option? no mass Edit as followup details will be different per lead Thank you

I am referring to List view, when we click on Lead or opportunity, I can control fields to show from Studio settings List view however I was wondering can I have different List view based on user or Team
