The wildest part of this is that most people building these exact AI workflows for content still have zero repeatable system on the revenue side. No defined launch sequence or a clear buying path. Same random approach but, you know... just a different problem. You nailed it with infrastructure. That thinking applies to the money side just as much as the content side. Then get those 3 things done before open. When they’re done, the weight is gone. Your mind opens up. And that’s when the real creative work happens.
