Hello All! It’s been awhile since I posted anything. I was deep in pre-integration with our 15 5-MeO-DMT retreat participants for two months leading up to the retreat we finished on May 23. Now I am deep in post integration. Somewhere in all of the integration we sat over 15 times over 6 days with the medicine. From very low doses to high doses we engaged our souls and psyche in different ways, different states of consciousness and with our different moods at different times of the day. Yes, I will have a lot of run on sentences here, I’m not in the mood for punctuation. What I am always in the mood for is integration! I absolve reflection, metabolism, crystallization, fermentation, extraction, alchemy and all the things related to LIFE! Before, during and after a medicine session we are playing alchemists in our life. If we don’t realize this then we fall to let others play out our alchemy. I don’t know about you but I love to rely on my inner compass and not the interpretation of others. Don’t get me wrong, I love to hear others perspectives but my life’s direction needs to come from within, it is an Alchemy of all that I know and all that I don’t. The mystery. I know that Intergration Is more of a western or modern idea because we need to actually “do it.” The reason it’s not a part of the ideology of indigenous plant medicine holders is because they “are it.” The communities are infused with tools that they don’t even recognize them as tools, it’s just part of their culture. I am pioneering an integrated medicine culture in our modern world. This is my vision for this slack community. It may be digital but it’s a start.
