My response to the recent changes....
I’ve been a little quiet the past couple weeks… And that was intentional. There’s been a lot of change inside the Amazon Influencer Program, and I didn’t want to react too quickly or jump to conclusions. I wanted to actually see what was happening first. Now that I’ve had some time to look at my own numbers, talk with other top influencers, and test a few things… I finally feel like I have a clearer picture. Short version? Yes, there was a real hit. Yes, things have shifted. And yes… the strategy needs to change. But I don’t think the opportunity is gone. I think it just requires a different approach now. In this video, I’m sharing: What I’m actually seeing in my numbers What’s changed in reporting (and why it’s confusing) What I’m personally doing moving forward If you’ve been feeling unsure, frustrated, or trying to figure out your next step… this will help you get grounded and think more strategically. Curious… What kind of impact have you seen so far?

Impact for me: April commissions are way down, offsite, although small, is 3x onsite. THREE brand deals at my new rate so far this month. Brand deals and reselling samples as open box is a business in itself. Not worrying about onsite. Moving forward, all products must have CC. Brands reaching out to me have to pay! Thanks for this video!
Tax or no tax when invoicing brands? s
I get paid by brands via Paypal; however, I have not invoiced to date. They simply pay the agreed upon amount. I am going to send my first invoice tomorrow for video creation (services rendered). Do you add sales tax to services or just products? Cross posted for quick answer. TIA
