You already have: - skills - lessons - experiences - perspectives - wins - mistakes - frameworks you use daily Your job is simply to package them in a way that helps someone else. Once you learn this, your value skyrockets — at work AND online. This one shift is why I went from making $11.25/hour… to 3 raises…to management roles…to traveling for tradeshows…to leading teams…to building my own business. Packaging your value is a superpower.
