Greetings in the name of Jesus
I am thankful to God for you and God has chosen us for the world in which billions of people live so that we can serve Him and achieve salvation and everlasting life. The Lord says that you are not but I have chosen you from this world God has the purpose in everything and everything. No work or thing happens without God's will I believe that God has mixed us out of this great world. There is definitely a purpose in God

Peace and Boundaries can live together
I'm learning thatpeace and boundaries can live together. Saying no is not unkind, and resting is not surrender. Forgiveness has become my quiet strength: it steadies my heart and protects my inner life while I heal. To every woman moving from pain to peace, you deserve rest, clarity, and the courage to choose yourself. Here are a few practical ways to reset and rise: 1. Start with a 5-minute morning check-in. Before you touch your phone, ask yourself, "How am I really feeling today?" Name it. You cannot protect what you refuse to notice. 2. Practise one kind "no." Pick one request this week that drains you and decline it gently. "Thank you for thinking of me, but I can't take that on right now." Full stop. No essay required. 3. Schedule rest like a meeting. Put it in the calendar. Thirty minutes, non-negotiable. If you would show up for a stakeholder, you can show up for yourself. You are the main shareholder in your own life. 4. Release one grudge on paper. Write a letter you will never send. Say everything. Then tear it up or burn it safely. Let the page carry what your heart has been holding. 5. Curate your inputs. Mute the group chat that stirs up confusion. Unfollow the page that leaves you feeling less than. Peace is easier to keep when you stop inviting chaos in. 6. End each day with one win. Before bed, write down one thing you did well. Small counts. You drank your water? Win. You held a boundary? Big win. Rising does not happen in one dramatic moment. It happens in small, faithful choices, made again and again. So, my sister, how will you protect your peace this week? Share one step in the comments. Let's hold each other accountable. 💛 #ProtectYourPeace #Forgiveness #Boundaries #HealingJourney #WomenRising #ChooseYourself
Forgiving Yourself in 5 Simple Steps
Sis, let me ask you something. Would you talk to your best friend the way you talk to yourself? If the answer is "Lord, no," then this one is for you. We forgive other people quick quick, but when it comes to ourselves, we hold court every night and the verdict is always guilty. Shame is heavy, and you were never meant to carry it forever. Here is a gentle, practical path to set it down. 1. Acceptance Name what happened, plainly. No dressing it up, no running from it. "I did this, and it hurt." Truth is not your enemy. It is the doorway. 2. Self-Compassion Speak to yourself the way you would speak to a woman you love. You made a mistake. You are not the mistake. Put your hand on your heart and say, "I am still worthy." 3. Learning Ask yourself, "What was I needing back then? What do I know now?" Wisdom is the receipt you get for every hard lesson. Keep it. 4. Amends Where you can make it right, do it. A sincere apology, a changed habit, a repaired bridge. And where you cannot reach the person, make your amends by living differently. 5. Letting Go Release the replay. You have watched that rerun so many times you know every line. Change the channel. Forgiving yourself is not pretending it never happened. It is deciding it no longer gets to run your life. Now hear me: healing is not a one-time event. Some days you will need to walk these steps again, and that is perfectly fine. Grace is renewable. You deserve the same mercy you so freely give everybody else. Start today, right where you are. Which step is hardest for you? Tell me in the comments. 💛 #Forgiveness #SelfForgiveness #HealingJourney #WomenEmpowerment #InnerHealing
