This also allowed me to access and try this healing meditation a second time, I found myself smiling in parts and the sensations and feelings to be more subtle this time round including the humming tones that often come forward for me. Some memories came to the surface that I'd forgotten about (or filed away), feels like there's more to do to fully release, it's an interesting process but feels manageable and even exciting.
